Brainstorm.
The full method runs in one stretch — frame, open, generate, expand, cluster, revalidate, converge, activate. The AI connection layer runs in the background, linking ideas as they appear.
Afternoon
Pitch finalization.
AI hands each team a draft presentation built from the morning's work. The team finishes and sharpens it.
Pitch presentations.
Each team takes the pitch to the room. Questions from the floor. At the close, the room casts an anonymous vote for the best one.
