English. All sessions, materials, and facilitation are in English.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund up to 14 days before. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a colleague.

Do you provide visa support?

Yes. Once your ticket is confirmed, email info@eversee.com with your full name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date, and your Pretix order ID.

We issue an official invitation letter on Eversee GmbH letterhead, signed by our CEO, and send the signed PDF within one business day — accepted by most German consulates. If your consulate requires the physical original, we ship by DHL Express; the letter is on us, the courier fee is on you.

Please request as early as possible and allow 1–2 weeks for delivery when planning your consulate appointment.

Bringing a team?

Special terms for teams of 3+. Email info@eversee.com with team size and we'll work it out.

Is this a conference?

No. It's a focused creative summit. No lecture marathons, no expo booths. You work in mixed teams on real briefs, in the same room as decision-makers.

Who attends?

Show directors, circus creators, ceremony designers, artistic directors — alongside technology companies building tools for live entertainment. We handpick every participant for the right mix.
