Full refund up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund up to 14 days before. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a colleague.
Yes. Once your ticket is confirmed, email info@eversee.com with your full name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date.
We issue an official invitation letter on Eversee GmbH letterhead, signed by our CEO, and send the signed PDF within one business day — accepted by most German consulates. If your consulate requires the physical original, we ship by DHL Express; the letter is on us, the courier fee is on you.
Please request as early as possible and allow 1–2 weeks for delivery when planning your consulate appointment.
