EVERSEE Creative Summit

Berlin · 18–20 June 2026

Where ideas are built before they become productions.

A curated environment where creatives, technology companies, and clients develop real concepts together — before they go to market.

Invite-only · 3 days · 50–100 participants

The Problem

The live entertainment industry is not inefficient. It is misaligned.

Ideas, technology, and decision-makers rarely meet at the same moment. Instead, development is stretched across months:

  • ideas are created without technical input
  • technology is introduced without context
  • decisions are made without full visibility

Each step adds friction. Each handover weakens the idea. By the time a concept becomes feasible, it is often no longer the best version of itself.

The result:

  • slower development
  • diluted ideas
  • missed commercial potential

The Shift

What if ideas were built differently?

Not in separate silos. Not in presentations. But in a shared process — where ideas, technology, and production realities meet from the start.

What EVERSEE Is

EVERSEE is not a conference. It is a live creative and production environment.

For three days, creatives, manufacturers, and clients work inside the same system — developing ideas together, not separately.

This first Berlin edition is intentionally designed as Stage 1: the preparation and concept-development phase that defines what should later move into practical workshops and Creathons.

How It Works

EVERSEE is designed as a two-stage process.

Stage 1 — Creative Summit (Brainstorming)

  • 50–100 curated participants
  • 6–8 mixed teams (tech + creative + client)
  • real briefs, real production challenges
  • 2–3 concepts developed per team

Participants understand each other's capabilities, identify real opportunities, and develop initial concepts together.

This stage defines what is worth building next.

Stage 2 — Realisation (Next Phase)

The strongest ideas move forward into a second stage developed after the summit.

  • practical workshops with real technologies
  • creative hackathons (Creathons)
  • prototyping and production development

Stage 2 is shaped directly by the outcomes of Stage 1: which ideas move forward, what technologies are needed, and which teams are involved.

The summit is not the final step. It is the starting point of a production pipeline.

What Makes It Different

Most events stop at ideas. EVERSEE is built to move them forward.

  • from discussion → to concept
  • from concept → to feasibility
  • from feasibility → to production

Who Is in the Room

EVERSEE brings together people who normally do not work at the same moment in the process:

  • creative directors and show designers shaping global productions
  • technology companies building the tools behind them
  • clients, venues, promoters, and agencies who commission real projects

Not as speakers.

As collaborators inside the same teams.

Inside the 3 Days

Day 1 — Discover

Each side presents its world: what is already possible, what is missing, and where the real limitations are. This is where assumptions break — and new possibilities appear.

Program line: keynotes, lightning talks, panel, curated speed matching.

Day 2 — Create

6–8 mixed teams (creative + tech + client) work on real briefs. Each team develops 2–3 concepts based on creative vision, technical feasibility, and production realities.

At the end of the day, each group presents the concepts it developed — what the idea is, how it works, and why it matters.

Program line: brainstorm sessions, concept development, concept presentations + feedback.

Day 3 — What Moves Forward

The focus shifts from ideas to execution. Participants define which concepts are worth developing further, what is needed to realise them, and which technologies, teams, and formats are required.

This is where the next stage is shaped: practical workshops, creative hackathons (Creathon), future collaborations, and production pathways.

Program line: strategic discussion, next-step definition, practical workshop & creathon planning.

Plus

  • 10+ structured one-on-one conversations through curated speed matching with creatives, technology partners, and decision-makers
  • optional evening access to leading Berlin shows, including Cirque du Soleil and Friedrichstadt-Palast
  • exclusive backstage tour at Friedrichstadt-Palast

For Each Audience

AudienceValue proposition
For CreativesWork with technologies at concept stage — not after decisions are made. Connect directly with clients and production leaders. Turn ideas into projects, collaborations, and future commissions.
For Technology CompaniesTurn capabilities into real use cases. Get direct feedback from top creatives. Develop ideas that can become products, demos, exhibition concepts, and projects.
For Clients & PromotersInfluence ideas before they go to market. Reduce development time from months to days. Access curated teams ready to develop and execute.

The Outcome

You don't leave with conversations.

You leave with:

  • concepts shaped under real conditions
  • teams formed through actual collaboration
  • decisions on what moves forward — and into Stage 2

Final

Participation is limited.

EVERSEE is built on curation.

Every participant is selected to create the right mix of:

  • creative thinking
  • technical capability
  • real market demand

50–100 people.

Every seat matters.
