Berlin · June 2026
A high-level B2B brainstorm at the intersection of two worlds: technology companies that build equipment and solutions for live entertainment, and creative professionals — show directors, circus creators, concert designers, ceremony producers, artistic and technical directors, choreographers, performers, creative producers, props masters, immersive designers, scenic painters, production designers and many others.
The goal: for both sides to understand each other's needs and capabilities, find real opportunities for collaboration, and co-create what neither side would come up with alone.
This is the first event in a series. EVERSEE is building a platform of tech × creative formats — workshops and creative hackathons — for the live entertainment industry.

Backstage Tour
Friedrichstadt-Palast — an inside look at the technical infrastructure of one of Europe's most advanced theatres
How it works
We pre-match you with 10 industry leaders based on your profile. You sit across from a decision-maker — 10 minutes, no distractions. Tech companies stay in place with their demo materials ready, while creatives move through the room.
10-minute conversation format
0:00 – 2:00
Tech: "Here's what our technology does and what it makes possible"
2:00 – 5:00
Creative: "Here's how I work, what I'm trying to achieve, and where I hit limits"
5:00 – 10:00
Open conversation: what does the other side struggle with that you had no idea about? What seems obvious to you but is a revelation to them?
Participant cards
Everyone receives a pre-printed card — name, company/project, 2–3 lines on "what I do" and "what I'm looking for." QR code with contact details on the back. After each conversation, participants exchange cards.
~10 rounds × 10 min + 1 min transition = 120 minutes
10 live conversations with industry leaders in two hours.
No booths, no brochures, no business cards piling up. You sit across from a decision-maker and have their full attention for 10 minutes.
For tech companies
— a live focus group with Europe's top creatives. In two hours, you'll talk to 10 show directors, artistic directors, and producers. You'll hear firsthand what they need, what frustrates them, and what tools they wish existed.
For creatives
— a personal technology showroom. In two hours, you'll discover 10 technologies and solutions you knew little about. Every conversation is a potential tool for your next project.
