What is EVERSEE, and who should attend?
EVERSEE is an annual gathering for anyone involved in Live Entertainment: innovators, artists, designers, and thought leaders from Events, Theatre, Music, Circus, Production, Media, Immersive and other fields of experiential entertainment. It offers a mix of workshops, keynotes, and networking opportunities to inspire and connect creative professionals, and create great opportunities for creative and business development. You should attend is you are looking to get inspired, or get work and projects, or to showcase your own projects.
Where and when will EVERSEE take place?
The next EVERSEE Creative Forum will be held over three days in Berlin, in June 2026. The dates and location are subject to change. In addition to the main conference venue, we organize planned visits to creative spaces, production workshops, group show viewing opportunities. At the end of each day there will be a Party to extend the networking opportunities and enjoy live in a great company of industry leaders!
How can I purchase a Badge, and what’s included?
There are two options to participate: Visitor and Partner. A Visitor Badge can be purchased through the website. There are three different types of Badges - 1 day or 3 days Essential, that gives you access to all conferences and main networking events. A 3-day Immersive Pass gives you access to all activities without limitation, including small-group workshops, a Creative Hackathon, and access to all shows and parties is invcluded.

What is the Creative Hackathon, and how can I participate?
The Creative Hackathon is an immersive, guided workshop designed for small groups of attendees to actively collaborate on solving a real-world challenge. Participants will work alongside mentors and industry experts to brainstorm, prototype, and present innovative solutions. It's a hands-on opportunity to flex your creativity, build teamwork skills, and leave with actionable insights. Spots are reserved to the Immersive Badge holders, places are limited, so be sure to sign up early during registration to secure your place.
